Staying here was a blast! The staff really went above and beyond. On the first day, they were super friendly during check-in. Later, after losing my key fob at a concert, Ms. White from the team drove me back to the venue. Breakfast had some tasty options too! Just wish the Wi-Fi was faster.

However, the noise from the guests in the room above me was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I loved the modern feel of the hotel, and being just about 2 km away from the Cleveland Museum of Art made it super easy to enjoy their impressive collection during my weekend strolls.
